How can we tell if we are actually going to get the note or not? I am not 100% sure if I was member throughout august.
Also I canceled my membership but renewed before it completely ran out so I should be okay.

The notes are slowly starting to be handed out to all accounts meeting the 1 month membership requirement. Please log out with an inventory space and then log back in. When logging back in you should receive your note.
Please note that not every account will have it and you may have to wait some time still, but still, be patient and you should get it soon!

Can anyone reply/help me?
Would like to know if the exp would actually be 'reserved' if it exceeds the amount you need to level? Or will you be able to level multiple times? Sorry if this has been answered anywhere but I have skimmed through the FAQ and I cannot find an answer.
