I have not gotten a promissory note like many here, though i believe i should be entitled to one as the only time during august when my membership could have been questionable was when my payment was rejected, my account was frozen until i payed for the membership by another method. i had membership before this event and was forced to pay to be a member (which i happily did) in order to play again

Hello, I've had continued membership Since July 2011. I never got my "Promising Note". I checked several times throughout the day and never received it. I also made sure that I had plenty of inventory space each time I logged in. I also check my entire back item by item. It said they had until Midnight GMT time to finish giving them out, and it is now 5:22am GMT time. (5 hours and 22 minutes past) And I've yet to receive this "Promising Note". If you would please get back to me as soon as you can to let me know what the problem is, I would appreciate it. And also what I need to do in order to receive the item I've earned.

OK, so on August 1st I bought a membership card and redeemed it a little under 30 minutes before midnight. I have been eagerly awaiting my sizzling summer August reward since then. And so, when I log in at 11:00 on August 31st, you can imagine my surprise when I did not have my prize. I looked this up, and saw that it may take awhile to recieve the gifts. So, I waited for 2 hours. After periodically checking my account by logging in, I became worried. Finally, I looked up my account information and saw that the time recorded of my card redemption was "Aug 2, 2012, 00:00:48". I know that I redeemed my card before midnight, as I had spent the day worrying about getting the card bought in time, and remember my relief in redeeming my membership card before time was up. I think I was counted as in a different time zone, so when it was a little past 11:30, Runescape thought it was a little past 12:00 where I was. If anyone has the power to get me the prizes, please do so. I bought and redeemed the membership card on August 1st, and am hoping to get my reward for having membership throughout August.
Edit: Also, Runescape gave me a message saying, "Sign up before midnight to get these awesome features!" whenever I logged in to redeem my membership on August 1st.
