Firstly Have you been a member for all of August (1st of August 12:00am GMT till the 1st of September 12:00am GMT, With no membership GAPS MORE than 24 HOURS)?
Secondly Have you tired logging out and logging back in with at least one free inventory space.
Additionally If you still don't get it please try logging out and and back in, into to a different world, this could help prompt it to pop up.
Furthermore please try speaking to Diango to see if he gives it.

hello i was member for the whole of august because i'm automatic paying with ********** from june and i didn't get the xp note i have nothing can you please help me out i checked diango i have nothing... and i'm pretty sure i was member for the whole of august !!!

I'm glad you got your august one, to get the September one you need to be a member for the whole month which is 1st of September 12:00am GMT till the 1st of October 12:00am GMT.
also there is a 24 hour grace period for membership lapse in case your payment is muddled up or for unforeseen circumstances, it is untimely up to the billing mods, please contact them on Quick find code: 291-292-4-63573750
