I need help with this (exp reward) i have auto member that pays off automatic every month.When i logged on to see the reward i didnt find it in my inventory.
How do i get it?
If u know then i will be pleased if u reply
@PoorGuy As I have said play as normal and give it 2 hours. If you do not recieve it after relogging at that point contact billing support. Many of the notes are still processing.
@Bud Beast here are the steps you should take. I reckommend sending a ticket it usually takes less time than an email.
Steps to Contact Billing Support
1) Log into Webpage up near Play Now!
2) Click on forums.
3) Click on the billing support forums.
4) Click on the billing support forum intro thread.
To Send a Ticket follow these steps:
5) Click on Message Centre which is highlighted in yellow.
6) Reenter login details.
7) Follow the onscreen intructions.
To send an email follow these steps:
5) Click on Email Billing Support which is highlighted in yellow.
6) Copy the email address.
7) Send an email to that address.

@any mod,
i still don't have my experience, i was member before august started and have all the other Sizzling Summer prices,
and i saw that it would take a few hours, but it's 22:37, and i still don't have a note...
please help
@Mount Eden I am not a mod but have been following what's been going on throughout the day and can give you some advice. Give it till midnight and log off every half hour or so with an empty space in your inventory. If you still don't have it contact billing support. To contact billing support follow the steps in the post above yours.

i have been a member for more then 5 years never missed a payment had a problem with my bank and had to get a new card lost 1 day of membership and now im not eligible for the xp bonus im not very happy about it
