"Look, I understand what you're trying to do, but I think that the problems can be fixed pretty easily. Everything should be available through the loyalty shop like you're doing with bank space. Maybe not make it cheap through there, but it should be available. Also, leaving limited time rewards on squeal up to chance, not a great idea. Please add those rewards to loyalty shop at a later date. The problem I and many have is it being necessary to pay extra outside of members for these items. I don't care if it's available and easier to get by paying just that it's not necessary to pay.
Or, give members 500 runecoins a month. You never know, it might even get more people buying coins once they get a taste and it'll help members to be able to reconcile the problems with the microtransactions."

Ok firstly you still havn't adressed lack of content since 2nd of April the date buyable SOF spins came into effect or the fact you are selling xp through SOF either through lamps which can be worth 900kxp an hour therefore some of the fastest in game I think only prayer can beat that and through money conversion it allows buyable skills to be bought.
Also questers have still been mistreated because you did not give us our spins of the quests we'd done beforehand and your reasonings of unbalancing the economy we know were false since everyone could buy more spins than we could have gotten everyday anyway. Also you have made many of our quest rewards obsolete over the years.
I am fine with SGS but please do something about SOF and give questers compensation for completing your content when it was brought out.

Just a pathetic attempt to insure the gullible 12 year olds of the game who cant see that though they may not sell gold and xp directly, they do it by gambling.

MMG claims that they have introduced micro-transactions and gimmicks in order to ensure the future of the game. My question is: how did they survive for 7 years - how were they so successful - from 2003-2010, BEFORE any of this crap?

Oh also I am glad to see the bot nuke and above all the security improvements. Also the move to html5 all very exciting. Does this mean graphics will be better optimised.
What about hiding the promotions from those of us that don't want to see them? The SOF pop-up every day is annoying, the sizzling summer adverts in game were annoying (I pay for no in game ads as part of my members service so am not happy with these especially) and can we get like a seperate tab for SOF/SGS on the homepage?
Please only advertise this stuff in the lobby not in the game world.
