Glad to hear you guys are still working on the constant fight against the bots.
However, it would be nice to see the Loyalty Programme get a nice update! Auras are nice and all, but it would be nice to get some of these outfits that Soloman keeps taking and putting in his store.

I choose not to use it, and im fine with people that do use it, they're paying for more updates and content rather then me.

To be honest i would actually pay more for my membership if that's whats needed to have an increased amount of content updates and graphic mods. It's a good game and everyone plays it there own way. When i say play i mean play, i do not support botters or any type of macroing software.

Thank you for writing this. I, personally, do like the Idea of solomon's store, but I don't like Sof that much. I understand why you are doing this, but I think that they could be improved/changed.
Here are some problems/suggestions how you could make them better
- Too much advertising.
Advertising things is important, but that you see advertisement of the exactly same thing on many newsposts ("-- weekend is coming!!!", "-- weekend has started! get your own", "you have only one da left!!&quot ;) . We do remember if you tell us only once. Too much advertising only angers those Sof/Solomon haters even more and others don't need them
- Holiday items/emotes+luck+limited only for this ---
There are many people in RuneScape who want to collect every holiday item possible. Before, anyone could do a holiday event and get the item, but now there are some "holiday items" on Sof for a limited time, and it is completely based on luck. Even on those weekends when you have bigger chane of getting items, it still possible that you don't get any of them. I have two (member) accounts, I usually spin on both of them everyday, but still I sometimes don't get any of those items/emotes. You should either remove them or add them somewhere else after that, like Solomon's, possibly member card offers.
-Other ways to get Runecoins
I think there should be some other ways to get them than bying, even if it is a small amount. Before Solomon's, it was possible for members to get anything that is possible get (including sof, even though you need extremely good luck in that), but you can't get Somon's store items. You should be able to get them someway with membership, even if it is only 100 a month or something.

By bringing it to your favourite platforms, do you mean ps3 and xbox 360? Because that would be awesome, not exactly big on the idea of having it on the tablets but I'm not against it either. And all of the haters here need to shut up, runescape has become much better than I can ever remember it being and I've been on it for about 7 years. The first batch of updates such as taking out the wildy I wasn't a fan of, but I liked the graphics updates. And was slowly losing interest, so I cancelled my membership. And rarely played. But because of the newer updates, I am falling in love with the game again and am considering becoming a member again. Thank you for all that you have given us!

I'm glad to here some real feedback concerning the micro-transactions :)
I see you are expanding RuneScape into HTML5, this sounds very cool, especially since it seems at some point that HTML5 and up will begin to overtake many older programming languages that have served us well in the past.
These new updates bring up some serious concerns however:
Will Java eventually be removed from RuneScape? Or is Java going to remain as another option for some time to come? Is HTML5 going to be as secure or perhaps more secure than Java? Will the quest to abolish bots from the game be afflicted by the spread of possible new consoles and platforms of which Macroers may attempt to access from? What precautions are in place to prevent hackers on these other platforms? I fear some kind of multi-front war will leave the game defenseless against the bots.
I worry a little bit about this spread to new platforms, it has been long anticipated but I'm curious to know exactly which platforms it is being ported to, and if this will end up reducing the tech support we will be able to receive for computers as well as these new devices.
There are many serious questions that must be answered along with these expansion updates. I will be checking back in hopes of some assurance of the games security and anti-bot measures will be sound, as well as some inclination that the tech support team will not be spread thin over multiple platforms.
Thanks for reading,
OwlsRepent :)

They really need to change Runescape to Rune$cape as that would be a more appropriate title number 1). Because Jagex only cares about money else we would have had more and better quality updates. 2). Right now Sgs and Sof are the number one updated and talked about updates in Runescape which really shows how low Jagex can go.
