"If, SOF is a price I have to pay for no gold farmers and bots then I deem it acceptable and will be happy to put up with it as the lesser of two evils. "
Gold farmers and bots are still here even though SOF has been out for months, and im not sure jagex are doing the necesary things to get rid of them.

there shouldn't be a bot problem at all it should have been taken care of before the GE came out but they pushed it off until last year and that is their own fault. So why must we pay for their mistakes? And seeing in how they banned all those bots they kept there month paid even for that month they were banned so the money up until now would still be the same. So don't try and let them fool you into thinking keeping SoF SGS is keeping the game alive when it isn't. Second off last time i checked they should do two things with the money they make from us. 1. Pay their staff. 2. put the rest of the money back into the game. so they weren't doing this before or what? Whats going on there? Were did the money that was extra after paying their staff. and whatever other business things? but shouldn't you be always putting money into the game to make it better? So they practically said what is already obvious and made it look like they are trying when in fact they are not. Not all change is for the better.

Here are things I'd be okay with...
I best prefer the flaying and immolation of the micropayment systems, but for now a compromise could work, until online regulators catch up to your gambling ways.
Cap SoF at $20 per day, $200 per day is plain greed, and will be getting kids into trouble with its gambling. You know this, I don't need you to admit it, you know this.
Ask players what they want to buy. Have you asked? No. You have guessed. Get up a list and see what players want. Citadels are one of a heap of areas. Cosmetic mounts etc.
I won't ask for SoF and SOL to be more seamless with the world, that's a nice to have but we can leave it, even though it's the heart of the problem.
Go over to Guild Wars 2 and have a look at how they talk to players, not just the information they reveal (the economics guy is an example) but the manner in which they do so, they don't have Jagex's scared air.
So that's my wishlist, cap SoF at $20, put out a wishlist for players for solomon and loyalty points, and talk more.
Cheers, and yes I fully expect nothing.

Srsly, Jagex? you are lying to your players??
"we know that directly selling gold, XP or even accounts would generate between 10 to 15 times more revenue than Squeal or Solomon’s Store generates combined. However, we simply won’t do it, because we don’t believe it’s the right thing for the long-term health of the game. "
Well... lemme explain! You are selling spins, that can be used to get gp and xp lamps which obviously, give xp => you ARE, in fact, selling xp and gp, but you are hiding behind your finger and we expect us not to see
And last but not least, let us not forget the refer a friend thingy :D oops, you almost forgot that didn't you?
secondly,
"Equally, many of you will know our past initiatives against botting and gold farming cost us millions of players, and certainly tens of millions of dollars."
Yet, somehow these accounts still counted to the 200 million "players" playing runescape.

And now I'm sitting here and asking myself... why is Jagex lying to their own players???? They haven't always been like this... What happened Jagex?
It's as if you are trying to hide some tragic event that occurred, or a bad choice you made... say it Jagex, you were here when we needed help, its time we, the community return the favor!
But still all in all, it isn't alright to lie to us, the people who have been buying your product, about the product itself!

Runescape using HTML5? Well... I guess we'll see. It will take some time for browser developers to implement every little detail of HTML5 and then optimize them for speed. By the way, the most recent update to Firefox introduces native HTML5 support for the audio codec called Opus, which is an awesome new low-latency/high-quality audio codec with a lot of flexibility in it's design, which will also be royalty free and according to what I read: compatible with open source software. I also read it will soon be officially made into a web standard or something like that within weeks. I bring this up because I remember that poll asking if players would be interested in a voice over IP service run by jagex. And since it's related to HTML5 and future technologies, this seems to fit here.
As for stopping the spam bots, I can't wait to play pest control (a favorite mini-game of mine) without the other pests know as spam bots making it difficult to talk to anyone.

Thankyou for FINALLY giving some feedback. My issue with it is that it doesn't address the very core of the problem:
You ARE selling EXP. And you ARE selling unfair advantages.
I'm sorry, but there is no way around it. You can't argue with it. If i spend 15 pound on squeal spins, I'll get lamps. Don't say "there's not a 100% chance" because we all know that's rubbish. You ARE buying Exp. You are effectively doing what you said you would "never do".
I'm sorry, but if you want to keep the squeal and solomon, you need to redefine them so they are all PURELY cosmetic. I guess that means the squeal has to go. Oh well.
I'm sorry, but I'm not satisfied at all, and I find it insulting that Jagex cannot seem to admit they are giving people unfair advantages.
I'm a reasonable person, after all, and I'm willing to work with you on improving this content. So please don't dismiss my opinions.
