For once Mrhatn Clogs, we actually agree on something. EOC is garbage. But i wasn't talking about future updates. When that's finally released, I will complain about it until i get a permanent forum ban from Jagex. My intelligence is only being called into question because my opinion differs from yours. Simple as that.

I've played Rift. lol if not for the prices, i'd probably still being playing it. I meant that add-ons are a luxury for console gamers. Since you have to pay extra for luxuries. I may have been a little unclear about that. My apologies. lol
Edit: I agree callybean. My parents made me quit back then when the price rose. Until i convinced them otherwise. lol

its not a opinion everything has dropped drastically since SoF was introduced into game. Or are claws not like 8m and full bandos for under 28m
And many armors to that extend but the godswords because chaotic's totally are to blame for that. Not all change is for the better.

Ok savvy I will put it this way, it really doesn't matter if it costed 20 bucks for 5k gp. It breaks a rule that was once on the rule list until jagex thought they were above their own rules. At least for me that is a big thing, idk about the rest of you. I like when I give money to someone and they say "this will never happen" then it wont and when it does happens, I'm quite disappointed.

No, savvy said that. I said that I think its 10 now for people that pay with gamecards.
I havent bought a gamecard since they changed them, but from what I read concerning them, it appears the price has risen from 8$/30 days of gametime, to 10$ for 30 days.
5 is better, but I dont have any other way of paying, and honestly with the way updates have been the last few years, I lose intrest in playing in less than three weeks after I start, so I only pay for a month at the time.

But prices have also been negatively affected by merching clans and the dreaded EOC updates. In fact, I recall several gamers telling me that these things were being affected by EOC. No specs, armor stat changes, ect... Besides, lucky equipment is nontradeable so that it doesn't affect ge prices. Plus they disappear on death.
Now that i think about it... perhaps SoF is merely a cover for EOC. People are blaming SoF for problems, without realizing that EOC is the cause! Or maybe not.

Everyone can see the game has/is going downhill, you guys (Jagex) are, to be frank the people who control what happens to the game and if content such as the SoF and the Solomon store continue to be in the game and brought into the game everyone can see that it will surely meet its demise. These dismal updates are ruining the game we love for the simple reason that they are drastically changing the game from what it once was (whatever that may be to the individual).
