Increasingly, the difference between official and banned real world trading is becoming only a question of who is doing it. Was the (not overly successful) bot nuking just to assure Jagex a bigger market share of RWT? More and more it seems so, and that is greatly disappointing. More bank space means greater ability to accomplish things in game. While Solomon's Store was only selling cosmetic items, it was fine. Now the Store is having an impact on game play. No longer is my membership sufficient to garner me full respect from Jagex. While the availability of these items through the Loyalty shop will mitigate the impact of this update, it does not remove it. A large part of why I began to play and continue to play RuneScape is the responsible corporate behaviour of Jagex and its respect towards its players. Since the release of the Members' Loyalty Programme, and much more so after the release of the Squeal of Fortune, RuneScape's focus has had the appearance of being solely on sales not on customer service. Issues such as log in problems and minimap blackouts have gone unsolved, but new forms of fee for service appear monthly. I find myself contantly rethinking my participation with RuneScape, FunOrb, War of Legends, and Jagex in general. When I became a member, for a small monthly fee all membership accounts were equal, and all free accounts were equal among themselves (and only at a disadvantage with members accounts on free worlds in terms of past training opportunities). This is no longer the case. I am not sure that I want to play a game where real money can create inequality among players. My victories will only be a testament to my wealth, my failures to my poverty. True skill shall fall by the wayside.

I'm like water in my use of bank space. I will fill, or push the limits of, whatever space you give me.
That doesn't mean I need that space. It just gives me a chance to be less organized.
I won't buy it through Solomon's. When it comes to the loyalty shop, I may spend points on one booster, but may not even do that. I am not really pushing a full bank at this point (usually about 20 spaces away), and could clear up many more spaces if I needed to. And I am what I'd consider a packrat.
I have a lot of slots for farming produce. I have a place holder for each herb and lines for many resulting potions. While I do not collect outfits, I do have several lines of space used by silly useless sets just in case I ever need them. And I have several more lines of pieces of treasure trail sets that I'm waiting to find the rest of. Not to mention the several more lines that are used to keep the items needed to wear to solve level 3 clue outfits.
So I have to agree that there is enough space to play the game decently with what bank space we have. The use of what POH storage we do have is greatly helpful. No, the game will not let you hold *every* outfit available. If you try to collect that, then yes you will be out of space. But at that point, if you can't play the game efficiently for lack of space, it is your choice of gameplay and bank space *is* a convienience.
That said, Solomon's was introduced as a cosmetic piece of the game, with the justification for paying for it due to the extra developer time put into the pretty items and animations. While bank space isn't what I'd call an in game advantage, neither is it purely cosmetic either. And while the difficulties of adding additional bankspace has been discussed before, and I know nothing of programing, can the additional time necessary to create this space really be necessary of charging for it?
Kudos for adding this to the loyalty shop as an option, pending the actual details of implementation.

I have a question: How much do you plan on making the price for Loyalty Bank Space, and is there any plans to increase the amount of points players get in the future? I ask this because, and I quote, from the wiki:
"It will take 3,168,750 points to unlock everything in the shop assuming rewards aren't purchased when they are discounted. It would take a total of 216 months or 18 years to unlock everything in the shop, assuming membership is kept running the entire time and no additional points are recieved from promotional events."
All hands on deck! Douse the sails! Batten down the hatches! There be a **** storm a brewin'.

Well, i knew this would happen, and i just want to say i will NOT buy the bank space from Solomon's General Store. however, i will obtain the extra bank space from the loyalty shop and i am very happy that this update was added to both stores instead of just Solomon's.
