You should create a special department for marketing analyses. To see what members would like, what things they really hate. Actions like this is chasing loyal members away. The people that helped you achieve many many milestones.
Now you'll have to do with the people that want something new, check it out, make a one-time-purchase and leave.
Runescape is over the hill, at this rate. I think you'll have little than 5 years left before nothing but bots remain. At that point, even the bots will leave. No players = no more reason for bots to exsist. On the plus side, you'll have beaten the bots!

@mod Zach Oh sure! Thats what Jagex said about not selling ingame advantages. Look at Sof. Now your selling bankspace (an ingame advantage). You went against your own rules, the #1 rule for businessmen is not to lie.

Guys, remember that Bank space is not an in game advantage. Members already have a massive amount of bank space and could easily get the same amount of XP per hour as someone with more bank space. This is more of a convenience item.
This is true - it's not an in game advantage at all, it must be a forum advantage.
