Do you people not know how to read? The list of banned accts is only a partial list! The articles says clearly that "here are some of the banned accounts"...it does not say that this list is ALL of those that were banned!
Kudos to jagex for actually naming and shaming the accounts. I don't think I've ever seen them actually list banned accounts.
As for the so-called market manipulation, who the frell cares?? It's a game, they add new stuff all the time, when they added potion flasks they SET the original Ge price. I don't care if they manipulate the market of a frelling game, it's NOT real money!!

Awesome job. A lot of players are very, very happy to see Jagex standing up for the game. It's great to see them getting back to naming, names, as they did in the past, too. Bug abusers and cheaters have nothing to be proud of, and every reason to be made an example of.
Unlike those that say "now ban the bots", I say, "forget the bots, and locate and ban gold buyers". So long as there are players willing to buy gold, gold farmers will exist. As we know from the 2006-2008, if they aren't bots, they will be children or prisoners from China or elsewhere, forced to farm gold all day long. Ban the gold buyers, and the gold farmers will go. Ban the gold farmers, and more will be created to replace them.

This is completely ridiculous tbh. what part of this IS JAGEX'S FAULT Don't you guys understand. You know who should get banned? its the jagex mod who are responsible for the bug existing in the first place. What ****** says no to free money??? I'm sure if a max cash stack wasn't required for this EVERYONE would have done it. you know what this is??! this i jagex making an example out of a few poor people who have no previous records and are clean players to distract us away from the fact that they fail in preventing bots. IM NOT ASKING JAGEX TO BAN BOTS IM ASKING JAGEX TO STOP BOTS BLOODY WORKING IN WHICH CASE THERE WOULD BE NO BOTS AND SO NOONE NEEDS TO GET BANNED. And to all the idiots saying ahhh those maxed players probably botted, NO THEY DIDN'T. They done every task and every quest in the game can that be botted? they have 120 dung they have 99 slay you people are completely ridiculous. And jagex you FAIL. I think its time you forgive those players roll them back to before the glitch and forget about it since the glitch is inherently YOUR FAULT not theirs. If i knew about this glitch i swear to god i would have done it to get extra money why the hell not? thats human nature, whats not human nature is you jagex so called professionals failing to develop your game bug-free. WE DID NOT ASK FOR THE BUG YOU MESSED UP JAGEX THESE PLAYERS SHOULD NOT BE BANNED.
