i could give a **** about Solomon's. But this SOF ******** needs to go. Honestly, Solomon does too. Cause Jagex are blatant ******* liars, ignoring this outrage. I understand the Combat update, NOT everyone is against it, BUT THIS ****, literally 200 of the people out of the 204 (estimates) that have posted on this forum ARE AGAINST THIS. NO ONE GIVES A CRAP ABOUT YOUR DUMB ASS SIZZLING SUMMER ****, NO ONE DOES.

26 pages of angry comments, and I agree with every last one of them. All of this RWT bulls**t is ruining the game. Focus on the good content, like quests and new areas, not SoF and SgS. NOBODY LIKES EITHER OF THEM!!!! Yes, people may use the free spins, but that's because they're free. If you aren't just going to remove all of this rubbish then at least remove buying spins and remove solomon's general store. Most of the items are just stupid and pointless. Listen to the players!!

Concentrate on real conent, not some 10 minute quest and 5 minute obsolete D&D

Yes I strongly agree about it. After reading all the pages the majority of my friends left Runescape through being scammed, losing mills in gambling and also the amount of bots as well as people actually supporting gold farming websites.
Reading through many many forum posts complaining about Sof and Solomon's store being a way to give people unfair advantages. With most posts about Sof rewards Jagex staff will also include a way to gain spins through gameplay. Also I read about why is Jagex improving on Sof instead of stopping bots. Stopping bot is a big act to do with many staff spending long hours contributing to it. But as we all know the staff are also paid to maintain Runescape.
So please stop complaining about this and consider the pressure we players are putting on Jagex. Would you think Jagex would want to lose a majority of their players?

People have asked why these cosmetics haven't been implemented into the game already (ie high alch emote). As a response in their FAQ, they mentioned that the reason why they had to charge for these things is that they took more resources. That's the reason why people are saying that jagex should stop spending so much on these cosmetic items and focus on real problems. On the other hand, you're saying that they don't actually take much time or people to implement, so they're just charging us because they can get away with it. That's a more honest thing to say, but yeah, doesn't make a very good official answer.
Regarding SOF, players are getting exp, money, gear from just clicking buttons without much thought behind it. Think of us like lab rats, for awhile we had to traverse a maze to get the cheese, now all we need to do is press a button. There's no challenge, no story, no content, nor player interaction behind it. Just press a button, perhaps pay money from outside the game to get rewards in it. It's nice as a reward, like for doing a quest. But just for logging in? Of course we're programmed to do things that are easy and we don't want to fall behind, so we take those spins. That doesn't mean we appreciate its existence and people making decisions seem to be deluded in order to think so.
They are a business, but even businesses can have empathy (weird concept right?) and even from a business perspective, you need to do things for good PR, or people think you're full of it. Showing that you're willing to let half the community die without really addressing it, responding to the tough questions without tiptoeing around the actual issue is how you get credibility and the support of the community. MMG at least tried to do this at times, which is more than I can say for how things are now.
As for your issue with player greed, well, the people running this show aren't being great role models for that either. Former
