Pendants of Skill

I'm hoping to get my hands on some Pendants of skill or even Prized Pendants of skill if I get lucky enough to win any that is and I'm hoping to get ones for Herblore, Slayer, Prayer, Woodcutting and Agility to name a few.
I do have one question though about them which may or may not have been answered so here it comes.
Will the Pendant of skill and Prized Pendant of skill work with everything that say grants 2x the xp. like sacred clay equipment for att., str., def., range, magic and ****itution, sacred clay tools for mining, woodcutting, smithing, fletching, hunter, crafting, fishing and construction and even all altars in a player owned house and the ectofuntas for prayer or will it not work with them.
You can call me crazy for asking such a question, but it's one that I'd like to know unless it has been answered already.
