@ Silent Jackel page 33. You explain the problem perfectly!
@ Revolved on page 39. I don't think employees have a choice, its the new investment company - the newly hired upper managment doing all the decision making. Employees may be even worse victims then we are!
@Sparklecatty. I agree! I would glady pay to buy bank space! $1 a month per 100 spaces or something. Also, I would be willing to pay a higher per month fee to get rid of buyable advantages. But raising our current prices is probably on New Managements agenda anyway.
@ Lflashy, yes - Jagex is not promotoing any integrity, and in cheapening the RS experience in this way, they are losing valuable long term playes to try to bring in a larger group of short term players to raise shares as quickly as possible. The problem is, in a couple of years, when shares stagnate, because runescape can no longer offer the types of personal satisfaction honest accomplishment offers, and they have sold every other part of the game for profit, they could concievably close. No matter our years of work, as it states in the rules - our character belongs to Jagex. CAN YOU IMAGINE LOGGING INTO GAME ONLY TO FIND THE MESSAGE - WEB SITE CLOSED? This is a legitimate fear among many players who view RS as more then a game, but a lifestyle.
@ Snowdragon - Would be better, if they replaced lamps with these. However- atm, it has simply added to the amount of xp we can buy thru SOF. And if they make them not skill specific - it will mean the Fan Sites that track xp gains will no longer reflect the best players by Ticks but could be best players by credit cards.
@Comboing - You back again too?
SAY NO TO BUYABLE ADVANTAGES!
