Say we use the dart on an extremely high exp monster with heaps of constitution, can we still get constitution exp for it? (From the dart), and also will we be provided with Range Exp? (After all, it is a dart, lol). If you can't be a pencil to write anyone's happiness, then try to be a nice eraser to remove someone's sadness.

Well, JaGeX are pretty well-known for not being careful enough to prevent bugs from entering the game, so I'm sure this deposit box will cause another staking glitch in some way. As for the people using the darts on quest bosses/the Corporeal beast, that's a huge waste. Sure, you can go ahead and use them on these easy bosses if you'd like, or you could save them for something more worthy, go get your stats up and stop being lazy and/or taking so much advantage of FreebieScape.
I'd also like to say thank you, JaGeX, for not making these items weapons.

And to all of you people talking about PvP, they've already stated that all of these items, excluding the deposit box, will NOT work in PvP. So, really, PvP won't be effected, aside from the fact that it's already dead.
