I have a question about the price difference.

Capture from EU Regulation 2018/302 of 28 February 2018 that will set an end to unjustified geoblocking. The Regulation will start applying as of 3 December 2018.

"The sale of electronically supplied services. Example: A Bulgarian consumer wishes to buy hosting services for her website from a Spanish company. She will now have access to the service, can register and buy this service without having to pay additional fees compared to a Spanish consumer."

As UK is still being part of EU beginning from 3 December it is illegal to have different price for different EU countries and therefore the 79,99€ which is 70,80£ is injustified.

This person raises some valid points.. Why are there people of different nations paying different amounts - even after conversion - for the exact same service? Veteran players have noticed the number of overall players dwindle over the years. How many are we going to lose before you start listening to your players? We know what we want to pay for, and it's not what's been produced as of late.. I mean you guys cancelled RuneLabs because we were actually telling you what we really wanted instead of choosing between your presented updates.. It's pretty obvious that you don't care about your players, and do care very much about money.. I know it's a crazy concept, but maybe if you catered more to the player the money would follow anyway. Can't be any more crazy than driving players to quit.. We have more players on OSRS... It's blatantly obvious that your newer updates, and rates, have been undesirable. People would rather play the older model game than the "updated" one..

The artefact is a joke. It's like a psuedo hellion aura. Largely inferior to the hellion aura, but for the pocket slot, making it worse.

The other premier bonuses are fine. Couldn't you have just renamed the hellion aura to 'premier aura' and made it available every year?

I just bought a one-year membership less than 48 hours prior to this. As a returning player who had no idea this was a thing (like everyone else above), can I somehow use that purchase to take advantage of this?

I tried to submit a message to customer service through the site, I limited it to 1500 characters even though it told me message not sent and submitted a couple times and now I'm blocked from submitting messages. :(

Was my message received? Can my purchase be used to take advantage of this? Maybe I should have seen how disgruntled all these players were first. Prove them wrong Jagex! ;)

When you purchase premier membership, your regular membership will be put on hold, for the duration of the premier membership, so 12 months in your case. After it expires, your regular membership will activate again. So if you were to purchase the gold package, you would end up with roughly 23 months of membership to use on your account.

The pricing for premier club is way too high, so I wouldn't subscribe to it anyways. Voting with your wallet is the best way to let them know you disagree with their pricing.

I'm gonna assume like last year your effects run out as soon as your vip does, that being said I'd be in it for the armour, that armour plus 2h cbow.

best you can do is hope support responds I guess, this was known about since mondays update, and usually happens yearly arround this time. Although this year is early.
