It seems as if you haven’t thought this whole thing through very well.
1. You yank java client before the end of last year’s gold premier subscriptions. Meaning we will no longer play be able to play the game in java. My member account with a 15 year cape, over 15 99’s, and over 2600 in total skill points. It has nearly 2 months left of the 2019 gold premier subscription.
2. The NXT client jitters and lags so much in win7 that an epileptic would have a seizure. I’ve seen NXT in win10, the colors are garish, and it looks like you threw a gallon of glossy polyurethane over glowing satin. The colors and brightness change way too much from area to area. Constant adjusting. The Arc colors are abominable
3. You have many disabled subscribers on fixed incomes who cannot afford new computers, and everything other than Runescape runs fine on their win7 machines. Of course when you click to enter to WIN a new computer via the website, it says the promotion has ended.
4. I am both, disabled and on a fixed income. Many of us play this game, because it is easy enough for our disabilities, AND it could be played on the machine we own. I personally use Runescape for visual therapy.
5. And now you are offering about the same premier club as last year. One that many of your players cannot play on their current computers.
6. Will my member account be getting a refund for the time (up to 2 months) I am unable to play when you remove java? If so, where do I apply for it? If not, why not?
7. Not the best way to start a new year… I know, “you don’t really care, do you”?
