Hi, I recently purchased a Gold Premier membership and I'm able to reset an aura within the aura interface using the new artifact option, but I do not currently have the actual artifact item OR the override, or the 150k loyalty points associated with the promotion.

It's been about 24 hours since I've made my purchase. Can a mod help me get this resolved?

Mmmmm... Try speaking to Diango with the Talk option to acquire the artifact. As to why you have yet to receive your LP's, that I'm not sure of. Perhaps with all the BF deals it's become lost in translation.

Unfortunately, it's the weekend. You may not get an answer until Monday unless there's an employee in the department doing some overtime, lurking.

Hello I've been debating on getting the premier package but I decided to look through the forums first from this I've found out that I'm being ripped off a bit on my pricing just because of where I live which I'm unsure how to feel about that when it's literally a whole days work for me

One thing that I would like to see from the premier package would be for a private world like the rs3 package provides if this was available I wouldn't have minded finding out about pricing issues if there was real benefits besides an Aura and a tag before my name (which is cool no lie xD)
What you guys have done bringing this game mobile is amazing and your Twitch feeds I enjoy the time spent on caring for your consumers but I know your sales will increase regardless of pricing if you just build a private world so your premier package has a little bit more of an appeal people like me who enjoy Skilling alone for hours but also know they're having to pay more

I watch your guy's Twitch and will end up asking this question again but I don't understand
Why is the pricing difference fair?

Regardless thank you for what you guys do but it looks like I'm better off getting 99 in all of my f2p skills until one of these issues is resolved

Does anyone realize that just because the usd takes more it's the same value as it's price in GBP?
The number is larger yes, but that's just because the GBP is worth more than the USD so it takes more USD to make ONE GBP. Of course it will be higher in appearance even if it's the same value.

That'd be like someone from mexico thinking that a peso is equal to the USD or that the CAD is worth a single USD despite it taking more of both of those currencies just to make one USD.
Regional pricing would be taken advantage of considering if they made it cheaper in lower value currency countries people would just find ways of changing their locations in the purchasing so they can take advantage of cheaper pricing in other countries.

It isn't exactly fair but life isn't fair no matter what people do or try to force.

Yeah I get that the exchange rate is 1.28 but if you use a converter with the pricing

For the gbp it shows it's $20 cheaper compared to the same thing for the USA I don't get how an even exchange rate is wrong maybe I'm getting your concept wrong

Many people don't understand currency exchange rates such as the post above yours so this allows Jagex to up the price and pretend it's "fair". You're exactly right though, for Americans it should be roughly $71 for the gold premier. Only way to get this changed would be for enough people to boycott the premier, but that will never happen.

It also sucks for the people with grandfathered rates who have to pay as much as 50% more for the gold premier. My $60 per year rate vs $89.99 is a huge jump for minimal benefits. If they actually wanted to be fair with the conversion rates then they would charge Americans something like $74.99 but that will never happen.

Makes me feel better that I don't purchase stuff from the store and only very rarely buy bonds. No point contributing to their greed.

Be sure you purchased the right package. If you're referring to the account you're posting on, your Forum Badge states that you are a regular member, not a premier member.
