I'll start by saying I don't see how these updates warrant price hikes and find it odd you wanting more money for what you should have been doing in the first place. In general, a business's value/worth is not based on what they "plan" on doing/providing, but what they have at this very moment. Jagex should really step back and evaluate what they have at this moment and listen to players in order to optimize the playing experience and attract new players.
I can't say that I'm surprised to see Solak pushed back another month (personally at this point I'm just hoping we get Solak prior to December). I used to be quite the advocate for this game, but can no longer recommend this game to any new starters in good conscience - especially with these price hikes. There are just too many other games out there with strong, caring teams who consistently communicate with their playerbase and deliver on promises they make.
These dungeons are cool and all, but I didn't ask for them and don't recall seeing them being very successful in any sort of previous poll. Yet another piece of content that will likely be pushed back for god knows what reason.
In addition, I think the community would appreciate you finishing and fixing projects instead of introducing more content that will inevitably require additional fixes down the road or straight up be released incomplete. The ninja fixes have been amazing - I would definitely allocate more employees in that sector.
It's sad for me to see this game go the direction it's headed, having played over the course of nearly 15 years. All I can do at this point is continue trying to enjoy playing and hoping that you guys will start to listen to your players before you end up losing them.
