its really not a matter of you jagex increasing membership for a few dollars at all. im more upset of the horrible and more uninterested costumer support you have. with out having personal to attend the tickets we summit or complains to be reviewed like we costumers should have more respect from the company that exists thanks to the players that pay for membership and also buy in game runecoins treasure keys etc, I have a problem that I have send an email to you guys and you guys haven't even respond. if you increasing the amount of money need it to play the game at least have a good costumer service to attend the people that pays for yours salary its the least you guys can do... im very upset of your costumer support that's the worst company in reference to costumer service that's a shame of your part. and that all I have to say . I hope one day you take care of your costumers the way we deserve to be treated.....

so i just renewed my sub i was using a $ 25 pre paid runescape card when i got to the options i did not find the option to have it for 90 days like i have before . it said i can pick 65 days not 90 . but i get a bonice of 25 days . does this mean the next time i use a $ 25 card i will only be getting 65 days instead of 90 ?

jagex support is getting silly now i can barely reach them for any account issues mainly this new price raise. my account has been member in the time of the price raise so why on earth is my account still being asked the full icrease, my account should have the granfather discount.??? really need clearance on this
