That's a sweet way to sugarcoat it, but you're basically saying "just stay with us forever, with minimal allowance to leave temporarily, and you don't need to worry about it; no biggie". How about explaining properly why you need that extra money in the first place, when you're already making huge profits as shown by the company's financial statements?

Membership costs now doubled its price in total from where I began 2005. Without a doubt, RuneScape does offer great content but nearly 10€/month is now in my feelings overpriced for that amount of mxt ads and promotions members have to see every day and as there isn't even a way to permanently hide the treasure chest when logging.

Slightly disappointing considering half the time I can't play very well because there is too much lag. No, it isn't my internet, I have great internet. You already charge separately for everything, and I feel pretty frustrated because if I choose not to buy membership for a month because of financial reasons or whatever, I'll be penalized. Or how about the fact that I paid for premier gold membership and you guys didn't give it to me? I asked for help on fixing it and you all kept giving me the run around.

Nah, we'll still be paying for promised 2017- updates all the way into 2019+.
The funny part about the price hikes is we're now forced to pay for those same unfinished/promised updates - unable to go anywhere unless we feel like getting jipped with higher costing membership for the rest of eternity.

Tfw you get way less content at a far more mediocre quality and they want you to pay more :^) I know it's so you can rip the hell out of the new players you expect with mobile but good god, you idiots are gonna burn it before it even kicks off

Hey there,

I've looked into the Premier Club issue you are facing and can see that you actually purchased a standard 12 month package, not Premier Club Gold - these packages are separate. I would advise getting in touch with support :)
