They aren't going to announce the times in advance, but they did say that it'll be during work hours tomorrow (UK time, that is).

So if it's during work hours tomorrow, 1) that sucks for people who actually work. 2) are we able to change name via account online? I will have access to this but not laptop? Or do I have tto be signed into the game?

I've Tweeted to @JagexSupport about 2 days ago and this was their reply "Not sure of the specifics just yet, you may need to wait and see!", it was a community helper that replied so not the official account so I guess they didn't see my Tweet or just don't know either. My guess is it's gonna be together with the letter Z because that's probably the letter with the least names so it's gonna be a calm day, or the day after. So 7th or 8th April. If, for some reason, it does get released tomorrow I'm sure you'll find out soon enough to prepare.

Yes you can do it online.
Was my weekend to work so I am off tomorrow but likely will sleep in and miss the name I want haha

Please update us or give us more info. This is absurd.

Why would you not announce the time of release and set a skill requirement?? This just enables name sniping bots and hoarders to take all the 'nice' names again.
