But that's an outdated example*

***; Gives objective example of NDAs

> Says it's not sufficient

Simply because you want to deny it doesn't mean it's not true. Hell, you're making the affirmative claim that it doesn't have a NDA: Prove it.

.

I don't recognise Shanghai Hongtou, do you know the conglomerate name that owns Shandong Hongda?

Dilbert, having looked back at my wording, it was a poor choice. I know that they don't ban all types of religion. There are some that are heavily censored. But that is not of this topic, and too political for these forums.
I have been explicitly clear, if you want to twist my words for your own agenda then go for it. I wont respond to any more of it, I find it interesting that you propose hypotheticals then actively dismiss others from doing so.

As I said earlier, which you either did not see or have conveniently forgotten. Jagex provides stability with the potential for growth. Did I anywhere say that they don't have any idea what they are doing?

Listen carefully, I did not intend to propose anything, hypothetical or not. I just gave my opinions since YOU explicitedly asked for my opinions on YOUR opinions. If YOU did not ask for it I would not have even bothered to tell before the new Boss take over, or new information surfaces, whichever comes first.

Stability is definitely not a good word used to describe Jagex as Company House information reveals Jagex has been downsizing due to shrinking profits. Potential Growth is something a different story with emphasis on the key word "potential". There are a lot of "growth companies" in this world that can be had. That's the curious part to many people perhaps, since a Chinese company won't just dump $300 million on a foreign company that don't have a plan to make it grow. Then comes the question why a gaming company like Jagex but not Fun*** which told the world it was looking to sell the company openly? And then there are questions regarding the locations and regulations of the acquisition target...

I believe this Chinese compan has a plan to change Jagex if growth is what they want

Yes, I'm sure they do. But D4 hasn't provided proof. Until he does so, its fantasy.
It's not fantasy, it's simply logical.

What I've just done, is reversed the rolls between me an D4. Hopefully he learns, but with someone who wears unreasonable as a badge in his signature. Its unlikely.

You see, there's no actual proof that Jagex made all the employees sign NDA's for this sale. Just a whole lot of information, or lack thereof that suggests such an occurrence.
Which is similar to, the theory that the company are using Jagex as a hedge while the yuan remains an unstable currency.

It's a software development company. Almost every large software development company these days have their employees sign NDA's to prevent espionage.

Hell, just about every company nowadays have NDAs (or similar). I know I had to sign one when I signed up for a short stint supervising recreational activity.

Yep. Its taking the stuff we know and applying logical reasoning to deduct an answer.

You just proved you're not very good at this. If you publicly have to announce what you tried to do, it means you failed at it. No point in trying to put up a facade now.

D4, leaving everything to interpretation doesn't work out well. I like explaining it explicitly just for you.

The sheer fact you publicly explained what you attempted to do means you failed at it. Here you are, continuing to build a facade.

You're trying way too hard here mate.

I won't even dignify the balderdash that is your later post with a proper response considering there was no logic behind it to begin with.

You aren't convincing anyone that you have a clue of what you're talking about.
