So few gold posts as of late, I can't help but wonder if it isn't already a skeleton crew at present. They have all signed NDA's. They can't disclose any information that they have not been given permission to.

And since the down payment for the deal isn't required until April 30th, that means even if the deal is accepted, they won't own the company for a few months still, and there would be no point in Jagex stripping down the crew for a deal that has not even gone through yet.

Mate, when Reach got sacked for what he tried to do, MMK said they couldn't go into the details of his firing because of NDAs.

If you think there AREN'T NDAs with this acquisition, you're being less than honest with yourself.

But that's an outdated example. What proof do you have that this agreement has NDA's?

Mate, when Reach got sacked for what he tried to do, MMK said they couldn't go into the details of his firing because of NDAs. Indeed. Even if you try and ask some ex-Jmods for information regarding the company/procedures/etc, they will still tell you that they cannot answer as they are still bound by their NDA, even years after leaving Jagex.

But that's an outdated example. What proof do you have that this agreement has NDA's? It's a software development company. Almost every large software development company these days have their employees sign NDA's to prevent espionage.
