"Jagex is the developer of the popular online game RuneScape.
On March 14, the shareholders of Willkie client Jagex Limited, a leading independent developer and publisher of online games, agreed to sell their entire shareholding in the company to Chinese buyer Shanghai Hongtou Network Technology Co., Ltd. for an undisclosed sum.
The deal, which is conditional upon government approval in the PRC, is due to close at the end of June.
Jagex is the UK's largest independent games developer and publisher. The company's flagship game, RuneScape, holds numerous Guinness World Records, including that of the world's most popular free-to-play massively multiplayer online game (MMOG).
The deal was handled by corporate partners Gordon Caplan and Matthew Dean and associates Phil Coletto and Gerry Kelly, with tax advice from UK partner Judith Harger and associate Shinasa Was*mi."

That says it's already done (only thing they're waiting on is government approval from China) and Willkie represented Jagex, not the mining company.
