According to a well-known on-line free encyclopaedia; The People's Republic of China will censor any website that mentions Falun Gong. I wonder if this post of mine will be censored.

I'll think so... since they consider Falun Gong as some kind of illegal gathering. But I doubt there is any relationship between Jagex and Falun Gong.

But Jagex/the servers will not move from where they are. So its still remains outside of the jurisdiction of the PRC.
@Rossmallo, when you refer to "they" you are actually talking about different people.

You buying this company called 'jagex'? No? Then you can do no more than GUESS with your claim that those servers won't move from where they are.
The "they" that Rossmallo referred to... is jagex (not specific jmods). Talkin' about what a company has said over the years (all of which they actually DID say) and how the outcome proved the statements false (in each instance).
They=Jagex have a long history of lies.

Jagex can do anything per their EULA, unless otherwise prohibited by Laws. I think legally speaking, Jagex over the years did not lie. They just made changes to their virtual world/items with the rights granted by the EULA.
Besides, it is all up to the owners of Jagex to make changes. Whatever changes (or lies if you insist) the current and past Jagex owners made may or may not have any relationship to what changes the future Jagex owner is going to make. It can be better, the same or worse. Just don't jump to the conclusion yet.

Maybe I am
Or its just that it would cost a lot of time and money for no real benefit to do so.
The "they" is different people who did speak on behalf of Jagex over number of years and those statements were correct at the time they were said. Taking them out of context is not lying, its just stupidity/ignorance.
The Chinese government has the rights to examine data stored in China. Whether Jagex and/or its servers are physically moved to China or not, I believe it is inevitable some data will be stored in China. Perhaps you don't want to name your character "Falun Gong".
