While you have gained free membership from your gp someone else has spent real money to pay for your membership at a current rate of twice what it would have cost you. What you saved....was actually paid for by someone else at the rate currently of 2 times what it would have orginally cost. Classy.

Jagex is selling "your" gold, sure, but only if you CHOOSE to sell it, at a price that you CHOOSE is fair. Whoever bought the bonds CHOSE to buy them, and CHOSE to sell them to me of an AGREED amount of rsgp. I don't believe it. They made what realistically want a brilliant move where everyone wins and people are still screaming that they game as loudly just as they did in 07. This Chicken Little mindset is incredible.

I like that I can finally buy membership via bonds by playing the game. Yes, players get an advantage because of real world wealth, but now players who do not have a lot of real world wealth can benefit by earning membership through playing the game. Hi.

although i have to say: if you want to cut out the amount of gold entering the economy, maybe you shouldn't hand out so many cash bags over the GE or do things like the Golden Chinchompa or Samid's Gloves. I must have made at least 8m off of things like them over this past year.

I like how people turn this into a social issue as well. So what if someone else is rich in RL? let them buy stuff. If they get a huge amount of GP, good for them. they can buy all the nice toys and armor? cool. They still can't take your stuff. you can still play the exact same game.
it seems like your complaints stem from the fact that you cant buy gold or get an advantage by using real currency, and you are jealous of those who can.
If it doesn't cost me any more money than i pay for a membership to enjoy the game, Jagex can put in all the micro transactions they want. I just won't buy them. simple as that. and I won't whine and quit and talk about how the game is dieing. I will just log on and play like i always do.
and if you decide to pay for 10000 SOF spins or watever, good on you. It doesnt affect me at all.

This is exactly what you guys fight against, what makes it okay now. This is a major slap in the face for player that work hard and follow the rules. Now you can buy mills easily where as it was actually rewarding to have this kinda cash before this update.

You act like no one paid real money for the bond to begin with....you are benefiting from someone else....You have recieved 14 days of membership that someone else has paid 2x the going rate for and your happy about that....ok.

They arn't trying to help the game. I am convinced of that now. Its all smokescreen and mirrors.
