I seem to be on the fence with this update; There are many questions I have and can't wait for the next Q&A session so I can bring these to light. I do hope this impacts the economy as strongly as your message seems to state.

I've been capped at 50.

I thought you said there wasn't a limit?

Right now i'm pretty disgusted. How is this any different from Gold Buying sites? I'm not talking about legal nonsense, its Jagex's game, they can do whatever they want... But more of the Pay To Win aspect.

This lets the rich boys have a MASSIVE advantage. They can buy these, and with no effort, get a ton of cash. Spins was one thing, with all the cosmetics they really aren't that big a deal exp-wise now... But this?

Yes, this might do a massive hit against the goldfarmers, but seriously? This is the easy way out, and I'm absolutely horrified that Jagex would do that.

If this is gonna work against gold farmers you need to start banning players who buy gold from RWT sites now. You've pointed out that you know 40-50% of players buy gold, quite possibly because they've suffered zero consequences, so now that you've introduced something to "deal with the demand" start enforcing your own damn rules.

This is good.

For people who don't believe that this is a good solution for everyone:

1. Jagex still makes money. For bonds to come in the game they have to first be bought with real money, so Jagex isnt technically selling membership for gold but this can be done through a middle man.
2. Membership dosnt have a set GP price. It can fluctuate based on inflation and can compete with gold farming prices
3. Its wayyyy cheaper than membership from gold farming sites.
4. Bonds cannot effectively be merched or manipulated due to the tax ( everything on the ge should have this as a cash sink tbh)
