Bonds, themselves, are not that bad. There were, indeed, a lot of bots.

But it wasn't bonds that pushed away a great number of your players.

When you made EoC, you neglected the thousands of LITTLE things, and REFUSED to admit you'd made a few mistakes.

That's what's gonna cost you, jagex.

I need assistance currently by a Jagex Moderator regarding bonds. it's a pretty important message so I'm posting it here. on January 31th, I purchased 24 bonds from the grand exchange to buy the gold premiere packages as it is closing on February 2nd. When I redeemed them, chose the gold package, and clicked accept, it promptly gave me the loyalty points, the cosmetics, and the pets, but when I tried to turn on my badge, it told me I had to be a gold member to use this feature. I briefly wondered what the problem was so I attempted logging out and in again to see if I could resolve it that way, but it only ended with disappointment and the realization that I didn't receive my additional spin either. afterwards I tried logging into the VIP world and it would always send me to the log-in screen. this is a very important message, so can someone please have a Mod look into this? I got majority of the benefits but I am still not sure if it gave me the 12 year membership as these couple of features aren't working. I really don't want to be scammed for 165m by the game itself. :(

I bought 24 bonds, redeemed them for gold package, and it's telling me I'm not a gold member.

I'm not quite sure where to take this incident, but I renewed 2 bonds earlier for runecoins. I did not recieve any runecoins on my account after the renewal. I tried relogging and checking the RS homepage soloman's store, and neither of them had any change in my runecoin count. Is there a way I could get this fixed?

I guess all big MMO games become pay2win sooner or later. Can't say I'm happy, but also can't say I'm surprised. It might annoy me a bit to hear how somebody blew a big chunk of money to get himself quick gold for bones to get fast 99 in prayer for example. But at this point I don't really care too much. I guess the next step is to directly sell levels in skills. Go ahead, after how far things went already, I don't care if you also do that. I'm not going to let that affect me.

jagex needs to rethin how much bonds should cost if they rlly want to make good money on bonds they should sell one bond for a a dollar or either make each bond worth equal of 1$ to 1mil it would maker things much easier and also would elimate gold selling sites
