dear JAGEX,

hello, I just bought 15 bonds threw the prepaid cards, but they do not show up in my bank.... I tried to redeem them again but it already was charged to the card..... I don't really know what to do. should I just wait? cause its never taken time for the bonds to arrive in my bank earlier times I've bought the prepaid cards. thank you for reading this message and look forward to your reply.

They might be in your bonds pouch, if your in eoc mode its gonna be next to your money/ wealth evaluator at the bottem of the inventory tab. If you using legacy mode its gonna be a right click on the money pouch which is at the bottem of your mini map. Hope i helped, hope you found it by the time you read this :P

Last week I purchased a pre-paid card to but 10 total bonds for $50 dollars. I tried buying it multiple times and the payments got declined. Eventually the money was extracted from the card and i checked how many bonds i have and i had none. Recently i bought some bonds on my personal debit card, the transaction went through and everything was fine. Just now i tried to buy 3 bonds on the debit card, payment got declined and the money was extracted from my account. leaving me bond less and money less. Has anyone else experienced this problem? This is the only complication i had in purchasing bonds. I don't think its a problem with my account at all because it worked before, i didn't know who to go for help, so here i am posting my feedback. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
