I keep coming up with the message:

"Sorry, the code you entered was incorrect. Please try again.

If you are sure you entered the correct code, please check the clock on your phone is set to the correct time."

This seems to be a pretty common problem and the recommendation is to make sure you phone's time matches your time zone. I have done this to the nearest second as well as synced the Google Authenticator App to my phone.

The next recommendation is to tweet some mod. I don't have Twitter so are there any other recommendations? This is getting very frustrating...

Please remove the Authenticator on the Barbarian Village (Stronghold of Secruity) I dont need that thing and i just want to play runescape . Troublesome stuff. Me and my friend all cant claim the reward for stronghold of security and the instruction was all confusing. Please remove or give a easier instruction. F2p player. Where the angry face go to ?

Sorry if this has been answered already...

What if one is clumsy, and drops one's smartphone and it shatters? (Not that I know anyone personally who is THAT clumsy, ahem)

What would I do then to get into Runescape? Would I have to wait until I get a new phone?

NEVERMIND....I see that question is in the FAQ. Although it's a bit concerning with all of the problems people are listing here....

Lessee I will make sure: My email is current, my phone is synchronized with Google Authenticator....then will cross my fingers and give it a go.

Seems to be working fine, been using it for a few days now. Added a layer of security to my email account as well (text PIN on login) just to be sure.

Has anyone else had the problem where after you get banned you learn your lesson and return to using non third party software, but you come to a message upon returning to the official client you get a macroing detected error and are limited and not able to trade or pvp? is this an error or after the week of trade ban your account will return to normal?

I don't really understand how JAG can be called "complex" compared to having to jump through hoops to set authenticator up and then have to redo the thing once a month,which is what I believe was said when it was first brought in.

Some players,old and young,may not be able to afford smartphones. So what happens if JAG does go? What do those players do? Did you really think about that at all?

Why should I be forced into using 3rd party software when I have no desire to?

How is authenticator safer when JAG requires *********,security questions etc?

I am very pleased JAG is staying and would appreciate that becoming permanent.
