As I like the Authenticator & I use JAG. they both provide a good security measure however my only concern is not having a smartphone or flash drive to download the applications that are needed to secure and also makes me wonder how many people this will effect taking away security from players that dont own a smartphone/flashdrive such as myself.

Hey, is there any Jegax Moderator that can help me here.. I somehow just locked me out of my account, for failing my questions i know all the answear maybe i just Spelled the one wrong.. Has to do with my first video game that i ever bought.. Please help me i know the answer but its saying it is wrong no matter what way i spell it.. I think I might of put it in deferentially when I activated my JAG Sercuirty.. Please message me threw the Inbox or my email, for further questions and or need to ask me something about my account sence i will not mention anything on here

so if jag is still working and i have a pin and guardian my account was still hacked ? i didnt put on the authenticator since i dont have a cell phone ! dont laugh i am 70 yrs old and dont need one :) happy with my landline. It was hacked last week, I was at runespan logged out to go for a walk, come back 15min later and couldnt log in . Said i was still logged in ! I thought oh rs must be down I tried again about 10 min later and was still in runespan! Only when i teled to elf about 30 min later I noticed my bank was rather empty all my cash except 93k and all my items ect that could be traded were gone !

to the rs team I realy like your game but so far only the forum and what jmods say make sense to me , I been in 10 clans now, none of them were any help, they say one thing and do the other , I cant talk to anybody, they only want to make trouble for me, I have tried, they ask me questions and don't like my answers, I ask about the game they cant give me a good answer and they always want personal info so I beat around the bush then I say things just to get rid of them ,I came to play rs there was no one to help me , so I got my own style of play Iam the only one like me in all of rs, I learned a lot from beta combat, and most of the players I meet only want to make trouble for me or get me to give them free stuff or money etc... so if a jmod could find me and give me some tips that would be nice .. also I wish I had the rules on day one but I did not, that was a bad thing I was set up for the fall so now they make a game of it. so any help if u can , I got a long way to go keep up the good work I like what I find but still no one can answer my questions or be a good friend I may have found one but I wont go into what I see going on in the game ... I will play solo if need be it seems to be set up that way. thank you for you time and the game
