Overall - I'm pleased that JAG is staying around for now. I rarely switch computers locally and JAG is already set up on them for full access.
JAG is actually a-lot less time consuming
than starting up a tablet/phone to receive a code to type in each time. No problems whatsoever remembering my security questions and my email is always secure.
Setup JAG and forget you ever set it up, and no need to type anything in for quite a few months. I cannot imagine having to type in a code each time I try to login.

Thanks!
Are you aware there is an option to trust the device you are using with the Authenticator for up to 30 days so you don't have to type in a code every time you log in?
I've seen people whine less for EOC to go back in time to 07scape or w/e than this JAG nonsense.
Been around for years, I really cannot see whats so enticing about JAG.. Never been hacked since starting in 01. Didn't have recoveries at times, and ive never been hacked or hijacked. Just use common sense people.
Ah typical jagex backtracking once again and not standing up for something they think is better for their company and listing to the complainers and doomsayers of this community.
So now we have 4 versions of rs (rsc, osrs, rs3, and legacy) as well as 2 seperate security systems (jag and auth).
Way to waste dev resources jagex bravo.

Btw is there any problem with having both Auth and JAG enabled at once? I just left JAG on when I set up Auth cause I thought why not
No, both will work together but you'll probably find it becomes quite annoying to have to wait for the JAG email, answer all your security questions and then also enter the code from your code generator app.
So we can do both at once?
But I have my JAG set as perm would that be a problem?
I wouldn't mind having both set as once.
I have both enabled and it works fine for me.
