I hope the
JAG protective system
will stay :)
If the JAG system disappears, the people without the smartphone have to get a new protective system. Why not let JAG stay forever? And plus It saves a lot of work to make a new protective system.

Or atleast make a
QR Authenticator scanner
for the
computers version
, if JAG needs to get rid off :)

The thing i find weird about the autenticator is that once its disabled wich happends in an instant people can even log in your account. Today after i put in the digit code i logged in. after an hour or 2 the game disconnected me and once i logged back in my autendicator got disabled. All in all its a good idea but i really wish they keep the JAG aswell to be more sercure with both options.

I don't know how this happend and i dont want it to happen any longer. is there anyway i can contact jagex about this cause its its more secure then the JAG this shouldnt happen.

can i ask why people think it is hard to use it is not hard at all to use.

My other question is do you at runescape have an plans to let us buy a token to hit a button to do the same as the app?

I really would not mind using the new system if i can buy a token(a key chain thing that you link to your account then you hit a button and it kicks back a random chain.

I also do not want to give a phone number to runescape.

Why do we download an app for this authenticator? Why don't Jagex just send a text to our phone with a code each time you log on? This is what lots of the big email companies do. I ask because I know a few people that don't have smart phones and instead have those old flip phones.
