I have been unable to get a second PC on authenticator. No matter what I do with any of the given methods, the app continues to tell me the code is invalid. To top it off, I have tried to disable authenticator, and that FAILS.
Instead of the email the game tells me I am to received with a link to disable the feature, I instead receive an email allegedly from Jagex (copyright 2013...??) JAG that tells me an unauthorized PC from Lithuania has tried to access my account. And I know my email is valid as I get them from other features/parts of the game.

What am I to do now folks? You have successfully pinned me down to using 1 computer to play the game.

Do I complete the disabling of JAG Now? Are you kidding me? Not happy. :@

I don't own a phone of any sort. I have the use of a phone supplied by my son in law. It is not a 'smart' phone.

I'm quite happy with JAG. However, I have a notice on my lobby page that JAG will be discontinued. I hope that is not so. I can't afford a smart phone, and wouldn't know how to use one.

Please don't take the JAG away.
