Hey Marmihnea, did you deactivate the google authenticator from your old phone and set it up with the new one? Maybe that could be the issue.

I agree but assuming someone in your family must have one that they'd let you use

Hey o SoSTICKY*, I suggest trying to recover your email from whichever email service you have on the account. If you can't, head over to the support center and choose from the options they have, I'm sure you'll be taken care of. :)

i dont know how to directly contact a moderator so this will do. but i wanted to inform you on something, this guy who is apart of the "merc*buddy" team messaged me about an error with my attempt to download it. he asked me to disable my authenticator app and try again . he also told me to check my email to disable it and when i did, there was a request to change my ********, and my email to my account. im not sure what to do now and i was hoping that you guys could give me support if something happens to my account. this is old school by the way. i hope you guys or the old school team can help

Hello WC PERSON7, to me it seems like that person tried to get a hold of your account. I suggest going to the support centre and choosing account help then choosing from the drop down.
