Hello.

I have changed my mobile phone and I reinstalled Google Authenticator, unfortunately when I try to log in, with my Runescape account name: marmihnea, the games requires my google authentication and after the introduction of the code nothing happens. The game requires my authentication again and again.

I need your help and I wait for your suggestions in order to solve this issue.

i hhave a major issue jagex has been mistaking i do not owe them my mom owes the bank here's the issue me thought the 9$ monthly payname was from some one else taking out that my mom and me don't know about anyways please sort this out i know i am on the wrong forum do not have time to search at 3:10 AM if jagex wants to steal money they'er doubleing of what i did not owe them so please sort this out.... this message was not meant to go this far this message was suppose to be jagex mistaking by me oweing them 540JCOINS like wtfreak really????????????? jagex really not giving a crap after 2M+ players leaving now lieing doubling the money from what i never owe really ? i've played for 6+ years never did anything like this what makes you people think i would do this., after my mom explains to the bank after what happened by my mistake i hope the 90* charge will be dropped after all i do not owe
