Hey!

It's always nice knowing that our accounts are more secure

I've never been hacked, but I can't imagine anything worse than being robbed of all of the time that we spent building our characters O_o

I really wish it lived up to its 30 days promise. It's really only about half that. Jagex ignores bug reports about it.

I have it and I think it was a great decision for you (Jagex) to offer this option. Just from what I have noticed over the time I have played RuneScape, account security has been a major issue. The addition of this feature has greatly improved account security and for that, I thank you Jagex. -Wu Tang Clan

when i load a code with my winauth program wich i used before, it keeps on saying incorrect code at my login screen.
what could have caused this?

I am in quite a situation right now. My computer had updated and I have lost my authenticator secret key to my account. I have forgotten the ******** to my registered email address, so I can't disable the authenticator. Is there anyway I can see my secret for my auth? Or is there anyway Jagex can change my registered email for me? I still have the authenticator, I just need the secret key to use it. Can anyone help me?

I think this would be a great piece to add to RS franchise. It would greatly bring down the percentage of account hacking and would be the ideal thing to look into. Setting mine up now! Thank you Runescape for yet another BIG update!
