I had it installed and I had a problem with another program not the authenticator I couldnt use my cell and had to reset my cellphone. I deactivated the authenticator because it would not let me log in because my cell was messed up. I reset my cell now I want to use the authenticator again and I can't find the page you scanned with your phone to create the account. Help!! Thanks.

hey i have the authenticator set on my account and i have just gotten a new phone.i set this authenticator due to forgetting my email is there anyway i can disable this with my new phone and reactivate it after disabling it?Any help would be great.

So recently I have been hacked. My Jagex-Guardian didn't stop the person even though he logged in from an unknown address of 1 7 6 . 2 5 2 . 2 0 2 . 1 5 6 (somewhere in UK).
I would love to attach a screen shot of my G.E history and bank but, this doesn't let you do that; I will list the things I have lost.

Party Hat Set
Dragon plate legs
All my void
All of my Agility armor
All of my Gold (1.3mil which was going toward whip)
Santa hats
Pumkins
Halloween Mask set
And lots of law runes and other runes

tl:dr I got hacked, lost my bank, I would love all of my stuff back

P.S Jagex-Guardian completely useless ; didnt block his address.

I can't use this because my phone might be set to the wrong time. My phone updates the time according to where I live automatically. Are you telling me that I have to manually set my phone to a time zone different to mine just to have security? This we no doubt be inconvenient.

I agree with my co-players. I do not feel that I should have to use an ap* on my cell phone and I do not want to add your choice of security to my computer. You do not have the right to withhold Items I have earned in my game simply because I prefer not to use what you want to keep my account safe. This app like others have said can be used to steal accounts if the phone is lost or stolen and you can not stop that.
