lol this is pretty insecure. I set up the authenticator but 1 week later my smartphone crashed and the Google Authenticator app with its data was lost. I was able to deactivate authenticator just by clicking a link which was mailed to me.

So if anyone would install a keylogger on my system (which is highly unlikely) and get my runescape ********, there's a high chance they also get my ******** from my email account so they can deactivate the authenticator and my runescape account is gone..

I have very big trouble to set up the Authenticator. when i scan the barcode, i get a code what i put in on step 3 of the set-up page. But every code i get, its says that the code is incorrect..... What the hell am i doing wrong?? (I have no smartphone, but i use it with my tablet, where i can get the google authenticator app).

I also miss the possibility to change my old recovery questions, cant find it on the whole account setup where to change them, where is it gone?

If anyone can help, i would be so grateful.

I have recently reset my phone, and it has deleted saved accounts on the authenticator app, i have been trying to disable it through the runescape website and i have not received and email from whomever, and either its the wrong email or they are having problems with it, but i want to know if you can help me by replying back to me help me by replying back to me
