You shouldn´t only help the average player, which is what you did now. I understand that most players have a suitable Android/Apple device. But it´s important to realize that there are people who don´t. ..
I read your FAQ, and I think your advice on what to do without a smartphone/tablet is terrible. ´Search on the internet for this and that...´ Like WTF?! Give us info, or DON´T.
But okay, I looked it up on the internet. What did I read? There are programs available for Windows PC´s, that do the same job as authenticators on portable devices.
COOL. Unfortunately, I don´t have Windows, I use Linux. And NO - I won´t get Windows instead. Basically, you are just bashing Linux a bit more.
In a few weeks, my account will be as secure as a blown-up safe. I put EFFORT in this account, Jagex. You are just treating me like a piece of trash. Inevitably, I will get hacked at some point (pretty much all my Clan mates without JAG got hacked). 6 years of playing, gone. **** you. It´s hard to describe what I feel like now. I have seen pay-to-win, I have seen terrible updates, but I decided to keep playing. And now, to thank me for that, my account will become unsafe...
Oh and BTW: you guys are a disgrace. Obviously, Google paid you a lot to advertise their product... I mean seriously: HOW could you DO such a thing? It´s shocking. Jagex, you are getting worse every month.

claps real fast u just described the feeling of bout every one on this forum lol and i totally agree google paid them off i mean look at what jagex has done in the last few years every thing is all bout money for them now it rubs the lotion on its skin or it gets the hose again
