What is the total amount of active runescape players?
You might need to be a bit more specific.
If someone hasn't played for 4 weeks are they still active? What is the cut off point?
If someone has two accounts does that count as one player or two? If it is 1 and both accounts are paid on the same card how are they going to tell the difference?
How often are you going to run the total? Are you (for example) going to want to look at the last bank holiday total to get some idea of seasonality?
Are you going to count people who pay for their accounts with penny membership or gp bonds or non-members?
... and there are probably a lot more definitions you could provide, but you can be sure that our 'amazing community' will have the vapours about the ones you give.

Nearly 60% of your community is based out of USA yet you keep snubbing us, hosting runefest in Europe even tho it was supposed to be in the states last year... I doubt you all are brazen enough to do that again this year. But only time will tell.. (its obvious that you have ignored your community thus far on our opinion of micro transactions) What do we know tho?
I agree. I went to the last three and would definitely go to one in the States. Runefest is great and everyone should have the chance to go.
I still have concerns about how people now treat each other in-game, when i first started (almost 10 years ago now) the game had a very friendly feel to it, now its highly toxic, is there something being done about this issue as well?

I think you are spot on and I think this is what chart 3 really shows. The problem is not the updates, it is the community.
Those who put others first (like the guys who run Achieve FC) need more recognition.
