We ban bots at random intervals a few days after first detection so that they never know exactly how they were detected. Why do you continue to lie, Mark? " 100% certainty " in 2013 ? I know for a fact of someone wrongly banned in September 2013. After e-mail appeals were not replied to, a Jmod further investigated the account due to the request players in-game through the grape-vine and they were compensated two weeks free membership to a PURE F2P ACCOUNT for the wrongful ban.

Or will you continue to deny a player has never been unbanned due to a mistake haha.

That's one case, I know personally . I've seen plenty of complaints on forums and I'm sure there's others. 100%? Lie moar.

The anti-bot system on '07 also teleports legit players to bot worlds.

And despite rumours that everyone in RuneScape is very rich, the truth is only 1% of players have over 1 Billion GP in total wealth.


The problem with this is that you're including those who just registered their accounts which isn't exactly fair..I find this extremely hard to belive if you only include accounts who have invested a decent amount of time into their accounts already.

The majority of high level players should have well over a bill, I have around 2 bill and I haven't played RS3 properly in years and there's drops worth a bill now.


Anyways, give us updates on OSRS. Half your game plays it and yet our bot detection is nowhere near as good as RS3s, we get no real support (engine, etc), no F2P and I could go on and on. Give us something to look forward to instead of being nothing but a cash grab.

Very interesting and good news for the game I think. Make sure you reach out to those guys who (wrongly) left in past years!
Good to hear about the in game wealth too, makes me feel less poor :p wonder what the distribution of ppl with 1's, 10's, 100's of mils gp is?
