i say yes since it would give all the new players a chance to reach up higher on the leaderboards instead of only the veterans with 200m in like every skill so i say please go ahead with this it would make runescape even better

Hmm, my first thoughts on this was an immediate no. After looking through everything I do believe it would draw attention to newcomers, but the veterans have a problem with it. If there was a way to implement the idea of a mutual agreement then this update would be a huge success.
