on an earlier page someone explained how you may recieve a refund for them...but after i tried that and got 132 coins back (apperently the price of 2 keys?) which still wasnt enough for any over ride we were robbed of

Maybe if they truly didn't care how we felt about this stunt, they'd lock the thread and un-sticky it, but here it is, still open and collecting more hate.
Maybe they are carefully planning a response that won't further upset us?
