Try to remember these items have been out for a fair old length of time; if you have the equippable versions from their initial release then you've had all that time to look elite and well ahead of the pack.
As far as giving out free overrides to those who already possess the originals - its a nice idea but I'm not sure how complicated that process would be or if it's even possible. I'll note it down though.
OVER A FREAKING MONTH!! where is your award winning staff mmg? seriously *hundreds* of people wasting time & giving us crap updates you claim are good (mostly sgs & sof money making ploys) and no one can spend a couple minutes during break to give a legit answer better then Drebins troll post? i'm guessing your note was mental and forgotten.
again i'm going to use your words against you. those that own every tradable item from past events have had years...almost 12...to enjoy being ahead of the pack. so every discontinued item should be released this way, according to you.
the items clearly stated *available from this date to that date* -or- *only for 3 weeks* no where did they say *we may release these items again*. when some were released a 2nd time we didn't care as much because they were in the gold pack we knew they would stay limited & exclusive.
it's not like we're asking for a super huge update. the way I see this *we won't give you freebies for this...give us money for over rides...*
