jagex jus* leave the items that were on the 90 days member ship discontinued instead of re-releasing them on the SGS again and making it unfair for the people that wasted more money on the item.That wouldnt be to hard and wont **** off anyone and also it'll will be fair for the people that actually bought it.I guess JaGex doesnt know what "exclusive" means, maybe try a dictionary next time?

Lol I doubt they'll do that to things you can already get in-game with gp if you work long enough for it. Old untradeables maybe in the far far future, but santas, edibles partyhats etc, definitely not. They'd just be worthless $5 hats everyone has, tons of people would quit and everything would crash, lawl. It's really becoming irritating with all these comparisons. They should simply give people their overrides and lock this thread.

Of course I would, that's a big part of the game. Saving up for ages and ages to get what you want. I get that you were ripped off and I want to see everyone here get cosmetic override versions of their items. I don't see the reason in bringing others down with you when what you want to do is get your problem fixed. ;)

My real life dollars and time have now been shorted, as opposed to the fake currency used to purchase those holiday items, like P.hats.

Regardless, my "few" dollars is worth more, and speaks louder than any fake currency you or anyone else has spent within the game itself.

Isn't it a bit hypocritical to be onboard at the start only to start getting defensive when people are requesting the same things be applied to something you feel you've earned, or hold value over?


Trying to pass it off as nothing because in your eyes I've only been shorted by a "few" dollars, and thinking that is alright, is pretty akin to Jagex mentality, and as you can clearly see, not many people are onboard with that. ^-^

You're not getting my point, obviously .. No one has yet has answered my question of "why bring others down with you?" It's not just about me, it's about everyone who has ever saved up for or is saving up for a rare.

& It's not nothing, otherwise I wouldn't care or feel bad for anyone here. My years and years of membership @ 8-11 dollars a month is equal to that, if not greater. But that doesn't change the situation and my only issue is angry people wanting to make things worse because they're upset. That is literally my only problem.

Old, trade-able holiday items obtainable by earning gp over a long, long period of time with tons of membership costs. There's no need to sell something that you can already get in-game free of real world costs aside from mems for realistic gp-earning.

1. You bought a card with an item that everyone knew would come with the card; comes free if your usual payment isn't by credit card. The few extra dollars it cost you (for credit card users) for the item is the same as buying it off SGS, if not cheaper. They need to provide overrides for those people because paying for it a second time is ridiculous. I agree with that; it's what I've been saying from the beginning.

2. You bought Gold premier membership and end up a lesser version of the items and that needs to be fixed. You saved 20$+ on runecoins and got all card items free. No betas were promised to you, it was just said that if any were to come out you would have access. It's only been 3 months, 9 to go.


The end. Jagex, give people their overrides~ ThaaaaaankYOOH!

It is about you.

You're obviously not understanding my point. All you're doing is getting upset at the idea because it would affect an item you hold value over.

This is what's happening currently already to many other people, based on Jagex's thought that "they've had plenty of time to look/feel elite" And they've spent real money on these items, and supported.

It's not about taking everyone else down with you, it's about backing up your words, it's about leveling the playing field if this is how Jagex is going to start considering things. You don't just pick and choose which customers to alienate, or you won't have any customers in the end.


Why should the people who initially had these items have been brought down? No balance, no nothing, just the people who went in with real money for these items getting dumped on.

If the excuse is because they have had enough time to look/feel elite, then it's perfectly justifiable to expect that to apply to everything else. Regardless of how hard you personally worked for the item or how much real/fake currency you have spent on an item, because we all know that is irrelevant to Jagex anyway. ^-^
