I shall be avoiding all further promotions that give items from now until the end of time. I suspect many will follow (if they are not already doing so) --> Why get it now when it will just be released at a later date.

Will More 'exclusive' items be released at a later date? Give us bunny ears! (Yes, this is my poor attempt at sarcasm).

im not usually one to argue about SGS, being someone who's bought over 50% of the stock in SGS.. I think it only fair that the said items be given for free to the players who actually earned the promo items in the past from your Membership promo events. I for one have 3 of those items on the list, and i would be happy to buy the 4th later. but im not going to rebuy the other 3 just because you guys "re-release" them. its unfair that i have an inferior version when mine should've been "Exclusive". so if Jagex wants to make this fair, I suggest giving the cosmetic version to the players who owned the exclusive ones previously.
If this is to continue, unfairly, im going on hiatus and not buying SGS or exclusive items any further. I usually am pretty calm and patient about these kinda things with SGS, and im usually happy with the SGS updates, but this just made me feel like i wasted money in the past for those promos.. and now i feel like jagex owes me something, like they cheated me.

I agree with all of the above, I purchased the gold premium pack so I could get all of the old exclusives, but now I cant even have them as customization like anyone who buys them can now :l

It wouldn't be too hard to implement a system for this.

It's true that this is very unfair to those who have already purchased these bonuses especially if they used keepsake keys. I expected better than this.
I thought if you were going to do something like this, you would have upgraded all the decoration only items in the game, including costumes from the loyalty store, to be part of the customisation interface. The next logical/reasonable step would be that those who have purchased these items already would get their items updated without further charges.
The Loyalty Store has long needed an upgrade. Naturally the currency (loyalty points) needs to stay the same, but it needs to catch up with the times.

This update had a lot of potential but has ended up embarrassing.

Wow.... why the hell did i buy the gold club package, which came with a lying VAGUE promise of ALL 2012 promo items for free (bloodpouncer pet was also released in 2012 but left out, which i still expect to get since it is ) when you just release it all again anyway?


ALL promo items of 2012 is rather vague too considering the sizzling summer is a promotional thing but left out.

You may not give a damn, but to have been able to pay for the gold club package at the time, i had to go without other things for a while, i don't earn much, only because i thought it was the last chance as implied to get those items, but now you go and do this and release it 3 months later.


Why even make deals if within a short time later you re do it in such a way to anger the customers from the first time?

If i knew this was going to happen i wouldn't have even wasted my money the first time

I bought this when it was a ******* special bonus and the only reason I bought this was because It's a total rip off of Halo, and I like halo so to show my support I bought this flaming helmet when it was available. you needed more money then obviously, and you need more money now so you're reselling the same ******* content offer you did when it was special, no more money for you Jagex! ******* tired of your **** you hear me?
