it's impossible to make a successful lawsuit out of this because technically the ITEMS were limited edition. these are overrides. they give you the exact same look but if you get technical, Jagex never said the overrides would be limited edition
Whatever happened to ethics, when it was about service. It's all about the money now, no matter how outrageous you have to be.
Jagex has unfortunately fallen down this path.
Ohhh.... I get it now why we aren't receiving any solution or resolute.... IF they did that we actually could take action... They would NEVER do it if it means action could be taken, we're ****** guys.
If they do fix this issue, we could sue them. If they don't fix it, they keep profit and are from any law suits or action. VERY EASY DECISION on their part.... We will never get those overrides guys they planned this... It only took us 35 pages of elaborating to figure this out.
@Mints, you might want to note this since you have the front page spot.. We're never going to get justice because technically they just ****'ed us legally.
they can fix this without admitting that they basically scammed us. they can just say it's an update based on what the players requested. of course they'll do it in the most innocent looking way possible and make it sound like only a few people got angry and they're sympathetic enough to listen to even the small issues among the community.
Technically we still could sue them though... They'd never do that and I really doubt they've even read past page 4 on this thread, they stopped after 3.
Of course we can. you can sue whoever you want, that doesn't mean you always have a chance at winning. if someone sued theres no way they could win because Jagex stayed within the law. legally they're not at fault
