1. Make it free for people who have the item version.

2. Make the keepsaked flaming skull recolourable.

3. Refund my keepsake key i spent for the skull.

Can you please give people who already own the items the customization versions for free, and refund keepsake keys have been used to keepsake them?

I also wasted my keepsake on the Flaming skull. Refund please.

The initial idea of re-releasing old, cosmetic items on Solomon's is reasonable in my opinion.

There does come issues as many have pointed out where people who previously owned an item get shafted by future updates.

This update, combined with the free Solomon item a month, feels discouraging to me to purchase from Solomon's store as these decisions have me losing faith in the Solomon service.

I am not saying we players should be entitled to receiving these newer updates to our older purchases, as I would not expect computer companies to give me free upgrades every time they come out with a newer product, but considering these are virtual items with not as much research & development time required as other upgradeable products out there, I think it would be in Jagex's best interest to offer free solutions to their loyal customers (eg Runecoin refunds).

I enjoy SGS cosmetics, but this is even worse than the Shadow outfits.

There's a countless amount of threads with lots of great and creative suggestions out there, some of them with several hundreds of players supporting some ideas, and what do you do? You recycle old items, and have the cheek to charge for them?

In the very least players who already owned the items in question should get the overrides for free. I don't care much about these in particular, but it's a real slap in the face to those who already have the regular versions. "Gamers aren't oppressed, but they should be."
